  Complaints

print friendly version

The following information provides basic advice about making a complaint and it can be used in any situation. The law, however, may mean that some complaints need to be handled in a different manner to what is outlined. If this is the case, then you will be advised and another process will be used.

The Horsham Rural City Council is committed to ensuring that you receive efficient and responsive service.

If you are not satisfied with any service provided by Council, you are entitled to make a complaint.

All complaints will be considered and you will be provided with a written response.

For full details of the Council's "Complaints Advice & Instructions" process, and a copy of the "Complaints Notification Form", please click on the related documents section at right of screen.

Alternatively, a complaint may be forwarded on-line by going to the “Customer Service Request” button on the bottom of the home page and then clicking on the “General Complaint” option under “Fault Type”.
