Business & Tourism Enhancement Grant Program

The Tourism Enhancement Support Program is being established in 2023 to provide funding support to existing retail, tourism and hospitality businesses in the Horsham Rural City Council.

Applications close 5pm, Friday 31 March 2023.

Key assessment criteria

• Your project will lead to business improvements which increase and/or enhance tourism offerings in the region
• Use of local contractors where applicable
• The funding program supports business innovation, operational improvements, marketing strategies, accessibility, inclusiveness, and business growth.

Examples of this could be

• Improved online presence
• Infrastructure / equipment upgrades
• Signage, business fronts, including costs associated with heritage consideration
• Upgrade of online promotional images
• Developing the business through marketing and communications activities
• Accessibility and Inclusion upgrades

This is how it works

Funding is available up to $3,000 ex GST and does not need to be supported by matching funding.

Funding could be to deliver the full project or part of the project.

Project to be fully completed by 30 June 2023.
