Enterprise Estate

Enterprise Estate is an industrial development site located 2.5km south-west of the city centre off Plumpton Road. The site is 50 hectares and zoned Industrial 1.

Each allotment will have a reticulated water supply system, reticulated sewerage system, stormwater drainage, power and telecommunications connections. There will also be a fully sealed road with entrance crossings suitable for heavy vehicles and B-doubles.

  • Electricity – Three phase power is available adjacent to the site boundary
  • Drainage –The site has a basic drainage infrastructure network, commensurate with its historic development
  • Water – Water services are available at the site boundary
  • Sewerage – Sewerage infrastructure is available in proximity and extension may be possible to support
  • Gas – Gas is not currently available on site but is located close-by and may be able to be connected to the site if need be
  • Internet – High speed internet is available at the site.
