Enquiries and complaints

If you would like to request a service or report an issue, please submit an online customer service request .  You will be given a customer request number and a council officer will follow up your enquiry.

While anonymous feedback, complaints or requests will not be rejected, Council will not be able to investigate effectively unless contact details are supplied should more information be required.
