Three Horsham Councillors awarded

The Wimmera was well represented at the Victorian Councillor Service Awards in Melbourne last week.

Cr Mark Radford and Cr David Grimble were each awarded for 10 years of service.

Mayor Pam Clarke received an Emeritus Award.

The Awards were conferred at the Municipal Association of Victoria’s Annual Dinner following its Annual Conference last Thursday night at the Sofitel Hotel.

Long service is recognised at 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years’ service, and the award of Mayor Emeritus recognises councillors who have served three or more terms as Mayor, with a full term considered to be 12 months.
