In 2020, Council conducted a survey to seek feedback on how safe our community felt when using key sections of the riverfront walking paths in central Horsham. This survey highlighted the need for improved lighting.
Council was successful in receiving grant funding from the State Government to upgrade lighting along the river front. This work has been completed and Council is now undertaking a follow-up survey to assess the effectiveness of the lighting improvements.
