Council Minutes and Agendas
Council meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month (third Monday in December) at 5.30pm in the Council Chambers, Civic Centre, 18 Roberts Avenue, Horsham.

Council meetings are open to the public and community members are encouraged to attend. If you wish to raise a question during Public Question Time, please complete the Public Question Time form and lodge it with Council by 5pm on the Friday prior to the Council meeting. The Horsham Rural City Council Governance Rules and Local Law No.1 Governance (2016)(PDF, 402KB) provide a mechanism to facilitate the good government of Council with respect to the conduct of meetings, keeping of meeting records, election of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor and conflict of interest disclosure procedures.
Council agendas are available on this page from 5pm on Thursdays prior to Council meetings. Council agendas and minutes are provided below.

Audio recordings are made in accordance with Council’s Audio Recording of Council Meeting Policy.
Council’s Meetings are audio recorded, except when standing orders are suspended. This includes public participation sections of the meeting. The Chairperson will announce to all present that an audio recording of the meeting will be made.
Audio recordings of meetings will be held by the Council and will be uploaded to Council’s website. Council meeting recordings posted on the Council website are for information purposes only. The confirmed minutes are the official record of the meeting.
