From 1 July 2025, the Fire Services Property Levy (FSPL) will be replaced by the Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund (ESVF).

Full details of the drought support package are available from Agriculture Victoria.
This includes an additional partial rebate of the ESVF for farmers eligible for the infrastructure grants program (On-Farm Drought Infrastructure Grants). More information about the program and a full list of eligible LGAs is available here.
The Department of Government Services has now set up an ESVF support line to assist with general enquiries regarding the fund.
