Council's Environmental Health Officers play a vital role in safeguarding public health and safety by identifying and managing factors that may affect community health and wellbeing.
Our responsibilities include assessing risks, educating businesses and the wider community on environmental health matters, implementing measures to protect communities from environmental threats such as natural disasters and communicable diseases, and enforcing relevant legislation.
