Horsham Rural City Council’s Community Safety Officers have today assisted RSPCA Victoria to remove a number of animals from a property at Riverside.
Planning and Economic Director Angela Murphy said that the RSPCA Victoria investigation culminated in the removal of 20 animals from the property.
“Council welcomed the opportunity to work with the RSPCA on this matter to enforce important animal welfare legislation. The RSPCA and Council share the goal of encouraging responsible animal management,” she said.
