Have you been treated unfairly in municipality?

If you have experienced racism, sexual harassment or discrimination of any kind, or if you have any human rights concerns, you can report it to the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (VEOHRC).

The Community Reporting Tool is a quick way to report what has happened, or what you are worried about.

Information shared in the Community Reporting Tool will be provided directly to the VEOHRC, Horsham Rural City Council will not get any information you share.

Background

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission is an independent statutory body, with responsibilities under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010, the Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 and the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006.
