Naidoc Week Flag Raising Ceremony

As part of National Reconciliation Week 2025, we’re inviting local organisations, groups and community partners to contribute to the Horsham Reconciliation Display Board — a shared space showcasing our region’s reconciliation journey.

  • Wednesday 28 May
  • 12noon – 1pm
  • Riverfront Meeting Place, Horsham

(This follows the community walk from the Aquatic Centre Carpark)

Horsham Rural City Council will launch its Aboriginal Action Plan, and we’d love to feature your organisation’s efforts in building stronger relationships and respect with First Nations people.

We’re looking for contributions such as:

  • Reconciliation Action Plans
  • Indigenous-themed uniforms or merchandise
    Photos, stories or highlights from reconciliation events
    Any initiatives that show your commitment to reconciliation
