Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) is bringing Councillor Conversations to the Haven Market on Saturday 7 November, giving community members an opportunity to meet their local Councillors and have an informal chat about local issues, ideas and opportunities.
Whether you live in Haven, visit the area regularly, run a local business or are simply enjoying the market, you are welcome to stop by, say hello and share your thoughts about the community.
Councillor Conversations is an initiative designed to make it easier for people to connect directly with Councillors in familiar community settings. By visiting existing community gathering places, Council hopes to hear from people who may not usually participate in formal Council meetings or engagement activities.
You might have an idea for your local area, a question about a Council project, an issue you would like to raise, or simply want to have a chat. Whatever the reason, we encourage you to stop by. There is no formal meeting or presentation. Just drop in for a friendly conversation, share your ideas and let your Councillors know what matters to you.
