Works to seal the major pathways at Horsham Botanic Gardens started this week.

Up to 190 lineal metres will be sealed across the next three weeks.

Currently made with quarry dust, the central thoroughfare paths will be upgraded to provide smooth all-weather access to the gardens, including the busy barbecue and playground areas.

The project will mean better and safer access for everyone, especially people with prams, mobility scooters or walking aids.

The works are being funding through a combination of HRCC funds and a contribution from the Growing Victoria’s Botanic Gardens Grants Program.
