Permits and Fees

The purpose of Local Law permits is to regulate certain activities to ensure they do not impact on the safety of the public, create a nuisance or unduly affect the amenity of the area.

To make an application for a permit, please complete the online form below. Once completed a Council representative will contact you to arrange payment of the applicable fee via credit card over the phone, or you can drop into Council at 18 Roberts Avenue Horsham to arrange payment in person.
