Drung Jung Road upgrades underway

Stage 1 of works planned for Drung Jung Road are well underway, with 2 kilometres of road being upgraded.

This week the contractor has been preparing a sub-base of orange gravel, over which class 1 FCR (fine crushed rock) will be spread.

Works are progressing well and this stretch of road should be sealed and completed within 3 weeks. 

The Drung Jung Road upgrade is jointly funded by Regional Roads Victoria and Horsham Rural City Council.
