Areas are to be kept clean and tidy
Any structures to be placed on fields will need to be discussed directly with Council
No vehicles to be driven on any green space
If additional cleaning and repair costs are required, the hirer shall be liable for such costs
Council will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the hirer
The Botanic Gardens are an alcohol free zone and no alcohol is to be brought or consumed on site
