• Any structures to be placed on fields will need to be discussed directly with Council
• No vehicles to be driven on any green space
• If additional cleaning and repair costs are required, the hirer shall be liable for such costs
• Council will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the hirer
• The Botanic Gardens are an alcohol free zone and no alcohol is to be brought or consumed on site
