No waste collection Good Friday

Horsham Rural City Council advises residents there will be no waste collection on Friday, 10 April 2020, bins will instead be emptied the day before on Thursday 9 April 2020.

If your normal collection day is a Friday your bin will be collected on Thursday so make sure you put them out on Wednesday evening or by 6am on Thursday.

Normal bin collections will resume on Monday 13 April, 2020.

To help stop the spread of COVID-19, residents are asked to ensure that any tissues or other sanitary items are wrapped in a garbage bag or similar, prior to placement into kerbside waste bins.

People should also put their bins out for collection every week until further notice, even if it’s not yet full.
