Outdoor pool to open in time for summer

The weather is heating up which means residents will soon be able to cool off at Horsham Aquatic Centre’s outdoor pool.

The 50-metre pool, which includes an accessible ramp, will open from Monday 20 November 2023.

Horsham Rural City Council Mayor Robyn Gulline encouraged community members to take advantage of the outdoor pools this summer.

“Our outdoor pool is a fantastic asset for the community. It provides a perfect social hub for our children, parents, families and friends,” she said.

“We are looking at a hot and dry summer and where better to cool off than your local outdoor swimming pool,” Cr Gulline said.
