C82hors - Corrections Amendment

Mapping errors within the Horsham Planning Scheme have become apparent during the past 20 years of operating the scheme. Amendment C82hors is necessary to ensure the Horsham Planning Scheme is relevant, up-to-date, of a high quality and standard and meets the State Government's requirements. The Amendment is administrative in nature and has been prepared to correct these errors to ensure the Planning Scheme can be used efficiently.

What the Amendment does:

Amendment C82hors (Corrections Amendment) seeks to correct mapping anomalies of the Horsham Planning Scheme. The mapping anomalies have resulted in the following errors:

  • Privately owned land being within a public land zone.
  • Land being in two zones.
  • Redundant overlay controls.
  • Incorrect application of the heritage overlay.

Amendment C82hors (Corrections Amendment) addresses these mapping anomalies by correcting the errors and ensuring an up-to-date and relevant Horsham Planning Scheme.
