Our Operations Team is making improvements to facilities throughout the municipality, with the following works and projects currently underway.

Urban Infrastructure

• Footpath repairs, multiple locations, short term works, signage in place
• Road Pothole repairs, multiple locations, short term works, signage in place
• Drainage works various locations
• Dollar Avenue reconstruction
• Fixing/patching various urban roads
• Derimal Street reconstruction
• Jackson Street reconstruction
• Replace old bin locks
• Various street sign replacement

Parks and Gardens

• Shade sail repair- Soundshell
• Turf wicket renovations
• Street tree planting program
• Merit requests
• Finalise Wimmera Walk landscaping
• Annual flower bed maintenance
• Herbicide programs
• Rural road trimming trees
• Special events works
• Mowing program
• May Park playground upgrade planning

Rural Infrastructure

• Rural road pothole repairs, multiple locations, short term works, signage in place
• Replace damaged culverts ,various rural roads/drainage works
• Fixing patches various rural roads, and Council roads 
• Rural Road re sheet program – various locations
• Rural gravel/grading program – various locations - weather permitting
• Reconstruction Longerenong Rd (part) reduced speed limits apply

The following are Horsham subdivisional streets that are being constructed by private developers, and in the near future will become publically accessible:

• Southbank, Stage 11 continuation of McLean Drive and Seater Close
• De Castella Estate (Sunnybrae Stage 10)
• Colonial Water, Stage 5
